A youth out reach designedto touch the hurting abused neglected and troubled youth. It provides Youth Fest with youth artist that set a positive example and motivational speakers. It also provides rap sessions for the youth to speak out and get answers to their questions. Youht –At-Risk is the leading program under ecp. Is a DBA of the mcintyre connections and as such is donations to this entity are also tax deductable.
